When will I get my rush order?
Choose how quickly you need your order produced (production time), and add to that the transit time for shipping (1, 2, 3 or 4 days). When you place your rush order, be sure to mention in the comments area when you need the order in your hands. (Give us a date. “ASAP doesn’t help, it will only be most expensive.) We’ll do our best to make sure your production and shipping choices match up realistically to when you need it.
What is “turnaround time”?
Turnaround time, also known as production time, is the amount of time it takes to print your order and box it for shipping. After that, it is ready to be shipped. The turnaround time begins only when your art proof has been approved, and we have received your payment. “Business days” refers to weekdays and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or major U.S. holidays. If you are printing on a tight deadline, do not include the day you’ve submitted your order when calculating when your order will ship. Shipping or transit time is the period of time that your order leaves our hands to the time you receive your order.
